Mike White went off for the Jets on Sunday.

Thereā€™s a new starting quarterback in town and his presence was definitely felt... Especially by Zach Wilson, who was posted up from the sidelines.

After he showed a lack of leadership in last weekā€™s loss against the Patriots, Coach had some news for Wilson by benching him.

Mike White stepped up in replace of the quarterback during Sunday's game with three passing touchdowns to help the Jets in their 31-10 victory over the Bears. He also went 22 of 28 passing for 315 yards and ended with a 149.3 passer rating.

Watch out, streets are saying the guy is gonna take Zach Wilsonā€™s job for good. If Iā€™m any of his teammates, I sure wouldn't have a problem with that.

Look, all Iā€™m saying is, Wilson has never even thrown three passing touchdowns in a game ever in his career. White came in and did it like it was nothinā€™. I know that gotta hurt.

The vibe was definitely a lot different from last week, with the crowd chanting ā€œMike Whiteā€ and teammates hyping up his crazy performance.

The United States has never lost to England in the World Cup before. That record continues to stand true after the 0-0 win on Friday.

The U.S. won 1-0 in 1950 and tied 1-1 back in 2010.

It was definitely the game weā€™ve all been waiting forā€“ it even broke the viewership record at 15,377,000 viewers.

The U.S. had its first shot in the 17th minute, but much like a few of their other attempts, it was close but didn't quite make the mark.

England had just as good of looksā€” especially with their set piece in stoppage timeā€” but just missed the post.

Both teams' efforts resulted in a draw, making it the second draw for the U.S. in two matches. If they donā€™t pull out a win today against Iran, thatā€™ll be it for the United Statesā€™ World Cup run.

On Saturday, Michigan notched their first win over Ohio State in Columbus since 2000.

Ohio State was favored to win with the Buckeyes 8-2 in their last 10 meetings against Michigan.

But the Wolverines came to shut all that down.

Michigan took over in the second half to win 45-23. J.J. McCarthy had quite the game himself going 12 of 24 for 263 yards.

The Yellow & Blue scored four touchdowns in the second half and had their defense on lock, only allowing Ohio State to score one field goal in the half.

The Buckeyesā€™ unbeaten season now comes to an end.

Could Messi be coming to Miami?

Itā€™s been reported that Inter Miami are nearing a deal to sign Lionel Messi. That would make the 35-year-old the highest paid player in MLS history.

If all things were to go as planned, he could be teaming up with David Beckham next season.

Now that would be fire.

Weā€™ve already seen what heā€™s been able to do for Argentina during the World Cup.

He helped the team bounce back from their 2-1 loss to Saudi Arabia after coming up clutch on Saturday with a goal in the 64th minute to beat Mexico 2-0.

The last time we talked about the Lakers, I asked yā€™all if they could keep their little spark going after notching their first win of the season.

Fast forward about a month later and Iā€™d say theyā€™ve looked decent as of late.

They've won five out of their last six games, and of those games, beat the Spurs three times.

AD has been showing up consistently and making history at that. The big man is the third Laker in franchise history to record 30-plus points and 15-plus rebounds in four consecutive games.

As far as LeBron, he looks like he just might be beating Father Time after all. In Saturday's performance he had 39 points and went 7-12 from deep. Plus, a showtime dunk double lobbed by Russ.

Speaking of Russ, the Brodie got bloody on Saturday. After getting hit in the head from Zach Collins, he was bleeding bleeding. Canā€™t ever deny the former MVPā€™s hustle.

This team might not make it look all the best, but theyā€™re doing their best to hang in there.
